About the job: The Desktop Image Support Specialist is a supportive role that performs routine imaging tasks to prepare workstations for deployment to client locations. This role works out of the Santa Barbara, CA office. Note, this is not a telecommute/work from home position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Able to document and demonstrate processes
• Able to work independently and meet MAC deadlines
• Learn how to image workstations and laptops to client specifications
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

• Some background working with computer systems in an IT support environment
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Work well individually and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and willing to learn
• Customer-oriented and friendly attitude
• Must have a California driver’s license and clean driving record
